Guys

I wouldn't say that I am the type of person who never goes out with guys. But I wouldn't say that I am OBSESSED. It's hard to say. I remember in like 1st grade every girl said,
"Boys are mean, throw rocks at them."
Then, in 7th grade, everyone thought it was cool to say,
"Yes, I am going out with so-and-so."
Even though everyone would know we were only trying so hard to be cool and older. Now, that I am in high school [I know, unbelievable] I think that now is the time to start dating. That means a guy actually picking you up and taking you somewhere. It also means 2 hours of getting ready changing outfits every 5 minutes. The time of ages has come.
I now look at the situation not as,
"Come to me, I'll hook you up real good."
I look at it as,
"Come to me, I'll help you get through this."
Unfortuanately, dating means actually going out with someone and liking them. Then, breaking up with them because you get tired of the same thing. Getting tieded down [no offense] is not that way to start off your freshman year. Freshman year should be the year to get settled down for 3 more years and live your childhood the best as you can. Ok, a little out of the book. But, you should make friends, get a jumpstart on your grades, and establish a relationship with your parents. This way, you're not so much missing out on the basics of your high school career. Ok, now I have no idea where that idea came from. Deep inside my mind.
I'll leave you with that.
